Explore the Tasman Peninsula by Sea kayak, hiking and a whale watching trip
Tasmania is the perfect place to witness the annual whale migration as Humpback and Southern Right travel up and down the coast between May and November. The far reaching Tasman Peninsula, (just a few kilometres from the continental shelf), is a renowned destination for whale sightings, world class sea kayaking and hiking. We’ve brought all these elements together for a very special trip!
Our days will be filled with the best paddling options, with the possibility of a visit from migrating humpbacks, combined with spectacular cliff-top hikes to allow us to watch for whales from up high. This adventure includes a whale watching trip to access the cliffs and open sea, a little out of reach of our kayaks.
We start with a night in a Hobart city hotel, followed by three nights at our Tasman peninsula accommodation where we experience peace, privacy and comfort. Enquire below for more information and to reserve your place.
